1. Overview
At SoftMayo LLC, we strive to ensure 100% satisfaction with our digital marketing, SEO, and software development services. Because we invest considerable time and resources into every project from day one, our refund policy reflects the nature of our custom services.
2. Custom Software & Web Development
For custom development projects, payments are typically divided into milestones as defined in your specific Statement of Work (SOW) or contract.
- Initial Deposit: The initial deposit used to secure your project slot and initiate the discovery/design phase is non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables at any milestone, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable revisions to meet the agreed-upon scope. If the project is terminated by the client before completion, SoftMayo LLC retains the right to bill for all hours worked up to the termination date.
3. Subscription-Based Services (SaaS, Hosting, Maintenance)
For recurring subscription services such as website hosting, server maintenance, or ongoing SEO services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
4. Exceptions
SoftMayo LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A project cannot be initiated due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
- A major breach of contract by SoftMayo LLC resulting in failure to deliver core functionalities.
